Hope Community Care Clinic is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit community clinic that provides

low-cost comprehensive primary care and disease prevention services for men, women, and children. With an estimated 10.02 million residents in Los Angeles County, of which 400,000 are estimated to be uninsured individuals Hope offers a medical home to residents of the San Fernando Valley, and Indio, CA.

Hope Community Care Clinic is currently being established in the San Fernando Valley to address the need of a medically underserved population. Hope has established goals to help all patients obtain access to care regardless of the ability to pay. Hope has created this mission for the greater good of patients and the greater good of all. Hope believes that as compliance with treatment increases, the morbidity associated with chronic disease may decline or stabilize, decreasing overall cost and improving quality of life.
